What a year!! We had three players that were new to netball this year and I am so proud of the skills

they have developed in such a short time! The girls that have played before have all come a long

way with their skills also and seeing them improve every week has been a joy to watch! The girls

came to training each week eager to learn new skills and I love seeing the friendships that have been

made! As with every year, I wish the season was longer as the team really did start to gel towards the

end of the season!

The girls were up against tough competition from the start as we were playing teams that had girls

up to three years older than them! That didn’t take the smiles off their faces, they just worked harder

each week trying to win at least one game for the season! We did that in our 2nd last game!!

Woohoo!!!!!!!!

A big thank you to the parents for getting them to training and games, for cheering them on and

keeping their spirits high! I also thank Karen our manager for supporting the team and myself

throughout the season!
